Provides near real-time updates for saleItems. Important properties to watch include:
- bids: update bid-history in real-time.
- status: update item status in real-time e.g. when an item moves from being in status OPEN to status CLOSING. All bids coming in when item is in status CLOSING extend items closingEnd date.
- itemDates: update item’s closingEnd time whenever a new bid is recorded and extends the countdown timer if one has been configured in the UI.
